PORK BELLY BENEDICT
Poached eggs, citrus braised pork belly, English muffin, spiced hollandaise served with roasted potatoes.
FLORENTINE BENEDICT
Poached eggs, spinach, tomato confit, English muffin, spiced hollandaise, served with roasted potatoes.
CHILAQUILES VERDES
Two sunny-side eggs, cotija, avocado, and crema fresca over lightly fried tortilla chips, simmered and softened in roasted tomatillo salsa. Garnished with cilantro.
CHICKEN AND GRITS
Tuckaway farm grits, Cabot cheddar, press room fried chicken, hot honey drizzle, served with 2 poached eggs and bacon.
